He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting & a vocational degree in advertising from Mumbai University. He has done his MBA in entrepreneurship from S.P. Jain, Mumbai. Shailesh is also a qualified ACS from ICSI, Delhi. Prior to founding Holistique Group, Shailesh has worked in TCS for 5 ~ years as part of a team which created an Integrated Brokerage System for large Institutions providing decision support on securities & derivatives trading with successful presales assignments in New York & London. Shailesh likes a culture of execution and strategy which is long on the detail and short on the vision. On the extra-curricular front, Shailesh is an avid reader, likes to write, watches theatre and participates in sporting activities.

He has done his schooling from Cathedral & John Connon, Mumbai, and has completed his MBA in Entrepreneurship from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. Prior to founding Holistique Group, Sharad worked with Accenture for ~ 5 years (erstwhile Anderson Consulting) on areas ranging from management consulting to cost optimization and supply chain projects in manufacturing and pharma. He was a founding member of the Indian Merchant Chamber’s ‘Young Entrepreneur’s Wing’. Sharad is a big believer in the ‘India opportunity’ for budding entrepreneurs and is an active angel investor.
